Payments and providers
Payment details are entered on PayFast’s checkout. OkayEver stores transaction references and payment status, not full card numbers or card security codes. Hosting, email, payment and service providers may process information as needed to deliver your service, including across borders.
Retention and your choices
We retain information while needed to deliver services, maintain financial records, resolve disputes and protect accounts. Email info@okayever.com to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons.
Protecting your account
Use a unique password and share access only through an agreed secure method. Do not submit payment-card data, identity documents or passwords in ordinary enquiry forms.
